You can charge your true worth and still be a nice person

I know from my work over the last 10 years that many businesspeople lack confidence around charging their true worth.

And just one of their concerns is that if they do, they may stop being a nice person.

This is simply not the case.

In fact, I would go as far as saying that the reverse is true.

If you charge properly, you will be in a happier position.  This means that it will be easier to be nice to others too.

Charging your true worth does not mean you are being greedy, mean or nasty.

You are charging according to the worth you are providing, that’s all.

The problem is the perception that money is bad or not nice in some way.

This comes from false beliefs.

Money is neither good nor bad.  What you do with money could be considered either positive or negative.

Money itself is just energy.  It’s an exchange.  You provide a valuable service, and the client gives you money in return.

Is this something which bothers you or members of your team?

If so, please send me an email to vanessa@vanessaugatti.com and we can have a chat.
